Why doesn't the Rebooter Pro appear in my ConnectSense app?

If you are setting up or attempting to control your Rebooter Pro from the ConnectSense app, you must be running version 6.4.0 or later. You will not see or be able to add a Rebooter Pro in earlier versions of the app.

To check your app version, tap Settings at the bottom of the screen, then scroll to the bottom of the page. Your app version appears at the end of the list of Support options.

A Settings page displays support options for the ConnectSense app. The App Version, circled here in red for emphasis, appears at the bottom of this list. The version of this app show as 6.4.0.

Download the latest version of the app here:

  • For Android devices, get the latest version from the Google Play Store.
  • For Apple devices, get the latest version from the App Store.
