1. Disconnect the Ethernet cable, serial cable and power supply
2. Remove the screw on each side of the unit and carefully lift off the cover
3. Locate the small white reset button next to the power supply jack
4. Press and hold the reset button
5. While holding the reset button, connect the power supply
6. The Power LED light will come on
7. Continue to hold the reset button for 7-10 seconds
8. The ATC-1000 now has been reset to factory settings
