Error: Call WIN32 Function Failed

This error is related to the RF Module performing a device search on a Com Port created for a USB connection. It is most often seen when using a serial/USB adapter to connect the ATC unit through a USB Hub. It can also be related to out-dated drivers or Hardware. Make sure the USB driver is up to date on the PC and on the Serial/USB adapter being used. If using a USB Hub then it is recommended that you remove the adapter from the hub and plug directly in to the PC.
