Disabling Physical Controls is a security feature that will prevent anyone from turning on or off any of the sockets on your In-Wall Outlet.
On Android devices, navigate to the individual socket screen and tap on the checkbox for “Disable Physical Controls”.
On iOS devices, you need to make sure your device is registered, navigate to the individual socket screen then tap on “Disable Physical Controls”.
