DeviceInstaller installation software is available on our Gridconnect website. ### Downloads [Lantronix(Website)](https://ltrxdev.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LTRXTS/pages/106070471/Latest+version+of+DeviceInstaller) [TeraTerm Download Site](https://osdn.net/projects/ttssh2/releases/) First step, if you cannot see the device under Lantronix Devices, make sure you are using the proper network adapter.
